Carl, I use a Mach 3. I tried using a Quattro, but the shit has no give. It's like shaving my face with a Hot Wheel car. But I've got a pretty bitchin' beard going right now.
Mach 3? Solid old school. Every time Gilette brings out a new razor, I scoff and swear that I will never, ever buy it. And, as soon as it goes on sale at my supermarket, I always do. Because I am weak and easily marketed to.
What I have learned is that the more blades and geegaws they add, the always just-slightly-smoother the shave gets, in inverse proportion to the lifetime of the blade. And the newer blades usually require a 2nd mortgage to purchase. They're also always about five times more efficient at slicing the top off that nasty dark mole on my chin which appears to have been borrowed from a hemophiliac.
So I also use the Mach 3. It gives a very nice shave and it's relatively inexpensive. Also, if you can find a cleaning spray with teflon in it, you can prolong the life of the blades by a couple of weeks.
Teucer, it's a solid product. I tried their fancier versions of it, but I pretty much always go back to the standard Mach 3. It shaves my face, balls, and ass all good n' stuff.
Bo, I would not shave my ass or balls with that razor. I don't think I could even fit it in my crack!

I recommend the Gillette Fusion Gladiator.
$3.99? Yeah, right. The author of that spoof piece obviously hasn't bought a gilette product for quite some time.
"The Fusion Gladiator is available now and carries a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $3.99."
