One of the books I purchased on yesterday's excursion through multiple thrift stores was a hardcover photography book. The $1.99 price was worth it for this photo alone. It's as if the cop is blocking traffic to prevent people from encountering the rainbow. "Stop the car! Don't go through there! This intersection done gone gay on us!" Or perhaps he's concerned that it's a sign of an impending attack by Skittles terrorists.
